Issue with Bill

I have tried multiple times over the course of months to get the bill correct. My boyfriend is supposed to be charged $60/month with paperless, multi discount and auto pay and yet we have to call in get the credits manually adjusted monthly.

Autopay was put on, paperless no issue however multi discount is not working…I can’t sign on to fios or Verizon account to have it applied. I’m getting exhausted of having to call for them to manually adjust credits…there was a giftcard supposed to be added to the account that was just wanted to apply to the bill itself and we can’t log on to do what we need to do…

What can I do? Who at the top can I reach? I need to speak to someone competent

Need Help With Portfolio

I just started investing rather late in life 39 and want to do my best to improve. I have 13K in my Roth the rest is in my 401k that is moderately aggressively and managed by the company I work for…

For someone new with limited knowledge, what would you recommend?

Please know, we can’t always give you something you want. Ex: You want a higher credit line. You can apply online, with an agent over the phone or in the app (unless you have a secured card). If you aren’t approved we can’t override the decision. You will be receieve a letter stating why. Look over the letter, see why you were declined and make changes to improve your chance. Credit limits are not “your money.” It is the companies money and based on your credit file and risk is what they fell they can approve you for. Just because another company gives you a higher limit doesn’t mean another creditor can or will match it to keep your business.
