As per the Title. I will be in Scarborough for the first time in October with the family and wondered what would be recommended and what to avoid.

I'm thinking things like, the best Chippy (we are from the south and I keep telling the kids that the best chip shops are in the north and use dripping!)

Also best pub for food and good beer (real ale and so on) or just a nice family pub.

Anyway thankyou in advance to any replies. Would love to hear peoples thoughts.

I learnt this the hard way.

Be carefull of the gravity and what angle the mothership is facing when launching the Nomad. I had s painful experience today because my mothership (Caspian) had its launch bay facing the ground.

Suffice to say I launched at full speed right into the ground.

Lesson learnt!

Well that was a surprise, a good surprise!

Marcus played his socks off and Doma's was exceptional.

Shame that the ticket sales were not brilliant however, fair play to Quins. They organsie a better event than the RFU on match day and are still a pretty small club in the wider context of things.

Really enjoyed the Day and we won!
