PhRN 2025 and USRN 2026 passed here. Inuna ko tapusin yung NCLEX ko and ang hirap pala mag harap ng trabaho no? Wala ng hiring na mga hospital tapos mostly backer system pa. Nakakafrustrate pala na hindi ko na alam saan ako maghahanap ng work, eh ang liit pa naman ng Iloilo. Kahit hindi na muna hospital basta makapagwork sa nursing related eh go sana ako kaso walaaa!!! Mostly may experience hanap nila 😭😭

I only studied for 25 days and still passed at 85. Akala ko talaga bagsak ako kasi 5 yung sure akong mali ako sa naisagot ko then the rest unsure na. THANK YOU SO LORD TALAGA!
First time here in manila and i tried this cheese roll. Honestly, nothing special for me ha. Typical cheese roll that is overpriced, not the type I would look for. The 20 pesos ones are even tastier than the ones I used to eat.

Took the exam today and stopped at 85 (wasn’t expecting to stop at that number). Got 2 ECGs and 4 case studies, the rest stand alone mostly prioritization. I felt like i failed the exam :((
Pila na ka tuig pero asta subong HIGKO2 gid katama ang CR. 2 lang ka cubicle sa ladies tapos ang 1 wala pa lock, wala basurahan sa sulod, HIGKO2 ang salog, wala sang habon nga pwede pang hugas sa kamot, may hand dryer gani pero bag o mo pa lang butang kamot mo after 3 seconds mapatay na. Daw wala pa ga maintenance. Kung hindi wala lang ga sakit pus on ko ka pugong hindi gid ko tani mag CR. SAN O PA NA AYHAN MATINLUAN MAYO ANG CR MAN??
Guys help huhu. Hindi ko ma open NCSBN account ko, papalapit exam ko and want ko lang sana icheck yung appointment etc since may pagkapraning ako. Every time na inienter ko yung username and password na tama eh nag loloading lang tapos balik ulit sa sign in 😭😭 Hindi ko alam kung ano na gagawin kooo

I had my tooth filled around 2-3 years ago pa. And kahapon lang sumakit sya ng bonggang bongga and pinacheck ko agad sa dentist na nag pasta. He asked me if may kinagat ba akong matigas and meron (boy bawang) pero last week pa yun. He said na okay naman daw yung ngipin ko and walang problem. I asked baka need na sya i RCT and sabi nya na later on daw yung RCT eh hindi rin maganda or if i crown mas mahirap daw isalba yung ngipin. Ayaw nya rin bunotin kasi wala na itong katabing ngipin sa left side.
So niresetahan ako ng antibiotics and tetake ko na around 3 pm yung another dose for today (twice a day for 7 days yung nireseta) pero until now tuloy2 yung swelling na umabot na sa under eyelid ko and parang papunta na sa jaw, i can also feel inside of my cheek na meron parts na lumobo. And yung pain kagabi hindi ko kaya 10/10 talaga.
If only i took care of my teeth nung bata pa ako edi sana wala ako sa position na to hay. Worried din ako na baka di bumalik sa normal yung face ko, mukha akong kinagat ng bubuyog :((
