Golf club liability

I’m about to travel to the US from Hong Kong and I’m taking my golf clubs with me. I looked it up, and they make you sign a liability waiver. Just wondering if my clubs still end up being damaged can I still receive compensation after signing the waiver. ( damaged as in maybe a cracked shaft on the clubs )

[ Explorer 2 ] First Rolex

I’m 16 and I got passed down a 2008 explorer 2, and it looks fabulous. They sure did their marketing very well, because wearing it makes me feel prestigious in a way. If I were to be honest though, I like how my seiko looks just a touch more than the explorer. If it weren’t for the brand and just judging its base of looks, I think I would’ve picked my seiko instead. Quality wise though I think the Rolex’s handset and the dial looks high quality than the seiko. The bracelet on the Rolex also feels better as well. Either way I love both of them and I am thankful for the new watch.

Is it rude to leave a note and ask for a ride ?

There’s this white 458 in my apartment parking lot and I just admire it so much. I thought about leaving a gift bag with a white 458 die cast and a note politely asking for a ride if possible, but I was afraid that it might be rude or weird. What do you think ?
