hi everyone! just in advance, ill appreciate any advice. im still with my husband but im very keen on leaving with my daughter ( 2). im currently a stay at home mom so i dont have a job but im looking. its hard because i dont have access to childcare nor do i have access to any money (he has a bank account i dont have access to so i have to ask him for money regularly) he recently was arrested for a domestic abuse charge against me and hes very emotionally abusive as well. with that said, he tells me if i try to leave he will take our daughter. he keeps video/ audio that he keeps during our fights where hes basically made it seem like im the aggressor. i know i should document more but a lot of the times i dont want to anger him for fear of what may happen or what he may restrict from me ( access to food, car, money) i do not have anything in my name ( car, house, bills) i dont have a credit card in my name. im scared i would lose my daughter if i leave. what should i do?
