Has anyone ever exceeded their frequency for intermittent FMLA? The Hartford brought it to my attention that this may be the case however I still have a large allowance of days until the claim is up.

I understand this is a niche question but I’m just trying to protect my job. I’ve had a couple of bad months and could use a little guidance.

I suppose they are asking me to update my certification with the Doctor. But, were to happen if the Doctor didn’t want to grant more days to the claim? I called about this very instance weeks ago and the claim agent said it was fine if they approved it…
