Hello everyone, I bought this blue yeti mic from Facebook marketplace for my videos and wanted to know which are the best mic settings. This video is regarding that because all settings sound same to me 😭 also I cannot hear myself when I’m using the mic. I plugged in the headphone jack but no audio output in the headphones, I followed exactly all the steps from TikTok and YouTube. I can hear myself when I plug the mic into my laptop but not on my phone or iPad , any help or tips about the video is appreciated !!

Hello everyone, I have been renting a 3-bedroom apartment in Al Nahda 1, Dubai, for the past 7 years, and the rent initially was 105k, during covid was 93k, and now it's again 105k. During these 7 years, the building management changed, and currently it's being handled by SBK real estate for, I think, the past 4ish years. They have been an absolute pain in the ass with increasing rent by more than 10k, even though RERA says no increase and not giving 3 months' notice. This time, however, they have given a 3-month notice of increasing rent by 12k, even though I thought that with the current situation, the rent would either come down or at least stay the same. We love this apartment as it has a lot of windows and is big + 2 parking spaces, but now wondering whether it is worth so much trouble cause even the commute takes more than 1 hour. If anyone has any tips on either trying to fight to at least maintain the same rent or bring it down, or any location recommendations for a good, spacious and modern 3 bedroom with rent being approx. 105k, please do comment
