I aimed for around 500 calories and got an alarming amount of food, which is making me second guess myself... I used a scale and followed the nutrition labels.
This is what I used:
100g red onion
100g bell pepper
60g Catelli protein+ pasta, dry
150g spinach
225g thawed Pacific shrimp
If I do my math, I get 42 calories + 26 calories + 210 calories + 37 calories + 180 calories = 495 calories.
Did I do this right?
