I know theres a difference in budget and in the end of the day its like a tiny difference. But after rewatching the pilot i noticed how rounded the characters looked at times, while the final show has a more spikey style. Expressions are also drawn a bit differently than in the final show etc.
Is it known if this was done for budget reasons or some sort of other reasons?
Hi im a young adult trying to get into indie animation, thus far i got a Pilot, Ep 1 and 7 minutes of rough animation for EP 2 done! It takes me a bit to release new episodes as i handle things such as animation all on my own.
So yes i made this! And if youre curious the pilot is on the same channel, but i must warn you theres a noticable difference in quality between pilot and ep 1

Hey, im going to an anime/gaming convention in germany next month, sadly the one who wanted to come with me has been having financial issues and cant come this year. i wanna get my moneys worth by staying as long as i can.
what should i do?
-do i try smalltalk with cosplayers?
-is my masks vision too limited to go alone?
-do i ask strangers online who are also going if i can hang out with them?
-i dont watch anime myself will i be judged?

Hey i saw some being sold for 4 bucks each, i dislike fugglers since they scare me, yet one had two ears and this nice black fabric and even button eyes, i deeply dislike the fact it has teeth and a well.....butt. but it odly reminded me of my persona with its black fur and ears. ...and 4 bucks really isnt much so.. yeah i took it home
What now? Do i give it pants, its clearly running around butt out and everything.. do i name it? what do i name it..? any ideas..? I mean i took it home... even if im not a fan of the.....teeth.....its problary best to feed it before it choses me as its next meal or something.... help me.
Despide my interest in boombox's im more into art and character design, i started turning objects in my home into character designs out of boredom. Wich did include my boombox, i normally just draw my character designs but i felt this one would just work best in 3D.

Hello! a close family member was able to get their hands on the boombox in the image for free (image not mine but the model is the same!). However it cant play tapes, the family member seems to have interest in repairing it but doesnt seem to ever have fixed any tape mechanisms and seems kind of afraid of opening the boombox up.
I know many here have fixed these types of mashines before, if anyone has an idea what could be causing this issue and possible ways to fix it, id appreachiate any advice, ideas or help as i myself dont know much eather but would love to be help my family member
I came across this thing while scrolling, its like 18 euro and problary sounds horrible but WHY DOES IT LOOK LIKE A BABY, like i cant be the only one that thinks this looks like a BABY BOOMBOX, like if boombox's could have children this would 100% be what the babys look like

ive recently shared an image on here of my tape players old pinch roller! i have this video of the boombox playing a tape with the old pinch roller, the tape in this video is totally fine! And dont worry, this boombox has since gotten a brand new pinch roller and is doing better than ever! <3
Im no longer into poppy playtime as much but around a year ago i found this dogday plush priced down heavily, and since i already had a dogday i decided to make this custom, the ''stuffing'' by the tummy is fur fabric wich i cut short, so dw theres no actual stuffing falling out. i tried my best to make it acruate to the ingame model, this was my first ever plush custom and i think it turned out very nicely, im espachally a fan of the head.

Hi! I always found fugglers ugly and wierd, and normally im one to love wierd monster looking things, but with these little buggers i just really dislike them. But i see many really enjoy collecting them, and i would love to understand why people like them.

just replaced my boombox's roller after its been in there since 2012, the boombox sounds much better now, but i wanted to share this image of the old roller next to a new one, look at how dry and cracked the old one is! no wonder my music sounded so bad...
I will try replacing the Pinch roller(together with the metal arm its connected to soon) This would be my first time doing a replacement like this alone so wish me luck, if anyone got advice for me id love to hear it!
other than that theres a key missing, it broke off long ago when i was younger and i just as stupid as i was threw it out, so ill be replacing it with a lego brick, i have one picked out with a great shape, i will paint it silver and coat it so the paint stays on, i plan to atach it using plastic glue, i used the same glue to reatach the key on the right and its super sturdy!
so yeah wish me luck and if anyones got advice please share it with me, the replacement roller comes in around september so i still got plenty of time to do additional research and to prepare myself. <3
Firstly the Tcu-86 will be my main player for aslong as possible and even if it broke beyond repair i would never throw it away (too many memories <3)
I recently got me the TDB-212 as a smaller weaker lighter boombox for trips, i also have the Tcu-86 from the same company so i thought it would be fun to compare them, in the video both are playing the same CD and song on 100% volume. The Tcu-86 is from 2012 and retailed at around 80 euro, the TDB-212 released on 2024 and retails for around 50-60 euro. overall i think both have their strenghs and weaknesses, the TDB-212 has more features while the Tcu-86 has a really nice sound. I think both are very pretty and cool looking in their own ways.
please dont fight over wich ones better or worse in the comments, i would love to hear wich of the two you preffer but please be nice about it, i love both devices alot after all
Ever since i was little i had this boombox, and my god do i love it, the early 2010s sound, the unique color, the fact it still works.
Based on what ive seen its not of value, nor a genuinely impressive boombox. But to me its the most special boombox in the world.
I plan to replace the pinch roller soon!
I also plan to replace the missing key with a lego brick!
I have already replaced the antenna as it had once broken off. 💗
As you can see this ex-stink has decided to join the "ceiling-plush-club". Wish him the best up there!
