This team is special, I’m glad they aren’t changing because I want to see how far they can go. They peaked at the end of BO7, having won 2 of the last 3 events, so they’re showing no signs of slowing down after two seasons and EWC was the most complete version of the team, too.
Maybe they would have been better with Hydra, IDK, but it would be criminal to end this team’s run in the off season
I’m just looking for some advice on how to practice with intent, over mindlessly playing, in regard to flicking.
I’m currently Emerald 4 on Controller and feel like I’ve reached the limit of what I can do by just playing, so I want to improve my technique and thought I’d start with flicking.
What I’m doing right now is intentionally aiming at a lower speed where I have more control and working on the following:
- straight lines
- sharp turns, not round
- maintaining momentum after a target is killed (so already having in mind the next target using my peripheral vision)
- firing the moment I’m on target, as I have a habit of waiting for confirmation
- focusing my vision on the target and using my peripheral vision to line it up with the crosshair. I have a habit of focusing too much on my crosshair
Is this a good way to improve? My scores are much lower with this method as you’d expect, but that’s fine if it will pay off. I attached a video so you can see what it looks like. Any advice would be appreciated!
How do I fix the glitch where I get no SR? After both match’s my game freezes for a second, then black screens and the SR screen doesn’t play.
Literally just came back after being down 1-5 in an SND, I was so happy and then… What the fuck lol
