









I got off a 3 month bulk only to find put that 43g to 53.75 g of it was probably just some dogshit. I was using orgain plant protein as I’m allergic to milk. Now I started my cut and feel like shit cuz of it. I’m honestly just posting out of frustration. Probably missed a lot of gains cuz of it. Still saw progress but still hurts, considering I was just barely reaching over the 0.8 g of protein per body weight limit.
Edit- ok so apparently the stuff I have is plant based protein but still lacks a lot of leucine
I have lifted since Feb 1st 5-6 days a week. Went from 156 lb to 173 as of today. I also started creatined which added 3-4 lbs. Am I bulking too fast? Really not liking the excess fat honestly. I was skinny fat before too, bow instead of benching 40 lb dumbbells for 10 I can do 65 for 10.
Regardless, thoughts on a cut instead of continuing the bulk? Honestly I think it’s time to cut, it might suck not seeing a lot of muscle growth but man that body fat going away would be awesome. Probably somewhere around 20% body fat, so ima go with a cut unless other people really suggest not to which I can’t imagine
Edit- was eating 3000-3300 calories every day. Maybe I overate? Getting around 145 grams of protein
