I 18M I did horrible things I am addicted to porn and mastrubation from a very long time (just from age of 11/12) I lied to my family and friends about 10th boards marks(I barely passed but before I was a topper), I went to Kota but eventually ended up wasting money only and got back to my home in just 3 months.. I am living a very isolated life from the last 4 years (started jee prep in 9th but even 12th boards feel difficult now, I can even fail ) I am obese and I don't know where to go.

I am lying to everyone and I hate it. My lies landed me in such a position that I can't even describe.

I had a lot of dreams, I am from a small town my teachers, parents everyone believed in me but I disappointed everyone. All I do is stay in room and use my laptop to play games and scroll reddit and YouTube.

I want to study but I can't, I am a dummy candidate and I got no preparation.

I know u all will say I am very young and all things could change but I broke every promise I did to myself/others. Whenever I try to study, exercise or do anything I quit in 4 to 5 days. I don't want to fail. I want to live a better and get out of this room.

Please suggest me anything for the next 4 months so I can study, due to not studying seriously for the past years my brain really takes a lot of time in learning and understanding thins
