Hi everyone! I’m currently living in a condominium with a roommate and planning to move out on January and live by myself in an apartment since the rent is cheaper. I’d like to ask what’re the biggest difference between living in an apartment and in a condo aside from the security? I’d also like to confirm if totoo bang mas mahal ang water and electricity kapag you’re living in an apartment?

Medyo kinakabahan lang ako to move out and live on my own since I’m worried about the expenses pero I really don’t have a choice. Huhu.

My credit card application for UB Visa Platinum was rejected but I forgot to update my income and went with the option na sila na yung magfifil-up ng other details ko since they have my information. Can I apply again with my updated income or do I need to wait for six months to apply again?
