Can I close my claim for this?

Recently, I have been the victim of SA by my partner, and have in February I was pressured into having an abortion. I am struggling mentally with all of this. I have a commitment review next week. However, I am really struggling to leave the house at the minute.

I have been to the GP about all of this and they have given me the contact numbers for various organisations and a self referral number for counselling. With all of this going on, I am thinking of closing my claim, as I lost my job recently and really don’t want to be hounded by them right now. Am I able to list the reasons I have mentioned above to close my claim?

I’m currently in the process of switching my Lloyds account to First Direct. I did the switch about a week ago but I have had an email an a text message from First Direct saying ‘One of our team would like to speak to you. Please call first direct on 0800 917 24 24 at your earliest convenience.’ Has anyone else had this?

I had an account with them in 2019/2020. I was switching to see whether I’d be able to get the switch bonus again, as I have seen multiple people on here say they’ve had it more than once. I have used a different email, and I am now living at a different address.
