Ideally looking for:
• 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom
• No roommates
• Apartment building/complex
• Lease takeover or official sublease/transfer
• Under $2,000/month
• Midtown, West Midtown, Buckhead, Sandy Springs, Smyrna, Marietta, or nearby areas

I’m flexible on move-in date and would love to take over an existing lease if someone needs to move early.
