Haircut and product advice

Moved to an area with hard water 2 years ago and its pretty much ruined my hair. It feels stiff and dry all the time, dull and looks very brown it was more glossy black and soft/flowy prior to moving. Its also thinned out significantly and has become less curly.I haven't cut my hair in 3 years so its time I'm just in denial i think about how much has to be chopped off I've never really had it shorter than waist length.

First picture is freshly washed and mostly air dried with just a leave in and oil, the next 2 pictures are the next day after styling and the 4th picture is when i unbraided it after work prior to us moving here.

I double wash my hair twice a week, cowash in the middle of the week if it needs it, clarify and use a hair mask every other week, and use equal amounts of the oils shown after the loreal leave in. I usually just re-wet my hair and put a bit more leave in conditioner/oil on my hair most days since I dont style it much. I sleep with it in a silk bonnet, always air dry it (own no heat stylers) and we put in a shower head filter. I've recently started trying to do a weekly hot oil treatment with my current oil lineup and planning to incorporate avocado into it. All current products are shown by usage.

I've heard good things about the hyaluron plump loreal line so im looking to purchase it once my current shampoo is gone. No one in my family has curls so I only learned how to care for it a few years ago. I don't know what porosity it is but I know heavier oils (coconut and castor) always make it look greasy/heavy no matter how little i use if they're on their own so ive been sticking to lighter ones. If anyone has any hydrating product recommendations, oils , masks or general tips and how much length needs to go I would be very grateful 🫶

Help finding 3 older sleazy horror movies, one supernatural one slasher.

I haven't watched these since highschool (2016-2019) but they were definitely older like late 90s at the latest. I believe they were featured in the same dvd case if that helps.

The first movie followed a blonde woman who i think was an artist. She ends up at this super snowy isolated town and gets involved with a handsome mysterious guy there. She discovers he's been killing people, mostly women i think, including her best friend. The bodies were frozen i believe, I can't remember if he posed them as sculptures.

The second movie was was very graphic, following a corrupt officer involved with a prostitute. He was investigating murders of prostitutes appearing to have been SA'd to death. It ends up being a huge slimy monster (maybe latin american in origin) that is trying to reproduce as before it dies, but its meat rod is literally so big its killing all the women it keeps kidnapping.

The Third movie was literally a bootleg of The Ring, except the killer tape was a snuff film featuring a red haired woman. And instead of killing you in seven days she only killed you if you enjoyed watching the tape

All movies were in English, appearing very low budget, with a lot of nudity/sex scenes in general, but not shot as adult films

I keep getting house of wax/crucible of terror and humanoids of the deep respectively every time I try to Google search and its definitely not any of those.
