Incorrect product description, what are my next steps?
Bought the M&P Shield Plus with 3 mags on sale for $369.99. Listing shows it has a thumb safety which is the sole reason I purchased this handgun (my wife didn’t want a gun without a safety in the house, happy wife happy life). Went to my FFL today, transferred the gun, And brought it to the range with my dad. Upon showing my dad, he’s telling me it doesn’t have a thumb safety (this is my first handgun so I thought between the listing saying “safety: thumb” and the circled part in my screen shot that it had a safety).
Not sure what to do as it sounds like since the gun is transferred in my name now returning it is much harder. I haven’t told my wife yet as it’s her birthday today and I don’t want to break the news lol. Held off on shooting it incase anything can be done.
