Amazon swap: do i contact customer service or do i just return?
Lets say, hypothetically, that i bought a very expensive piece of tech from amazon, sold by amazon, and that it looks exactly like the one i already have thats broken.
Hypothetically, if i was to mix the two items by mistake of course and send back the bad one..
Should i initiate a normal return with not working as a reason or should i first bitch to a rep?
Wont complaining trigger inspections?
