I just beat Elden ring, here is my armor

Maliketh armor with Veterans chestplate

Unable to summon cooperators/get summoned (ps5)

I cant summon other players, the game always says “unable to summon cooperator.” I used a guide on YouTube but now every time I summon a cooperator they disconnect a few seconds later, and I tried many, many times. I checked and I have all the correct settings needed for multiplayer. I also can’t be summoned by others, it just says failed to connect despite the fact that my Elden ring is on multiplayer and my network is fine, I even tried changing it. Pls help.
