I wanna get rid of the feeling

So i'm a 19y, F
Let's say i was stanning bts since i was a child. Back in 2015 I first listened to them through my teenager cousin and i generally became a fan in 2015-16. I was literally an 8-9year old.
I had grown up watching them, obsessing over them. I never really had best friends or anything but I wasn't bullied or cornered either. I was just the quiet unproblematic kid in class who loved to be on her own. By the time of 2017-2021 were my peak fan years.

But heres a pattern that i noticed- I used to watch all that cliche youtube bts imagines (which i dont anymore thankfully) as a kid. Then in covid in 2020, when i turned 13 I figure there were also these 'imagines' on instagram (i was new to instagram) and there were hell lot of accounts of them in 2020. I remember the whole 2020 reading those fanfics all the time and then i discovered there was a whole app for it (wattpad).

Even at that age of 13, I felt like something was going off with the way I was feeling or the way i was taking the fanfictions. I remember i wouldn't be able to watch this specific member on screen because of how much fiction i'd read about him. I somehow ended up developing this major pattern in myself of imagining myself in different series or movies and talking to myself like that. I talk to myself a lot and it's like i talk alone like someone is sitting in front of me but theres no one. Which i still have now. It's not like I don't have a social life, i do have frnds and i believe i look totally normal to everyone around me.

Then came 2022, I turned 15, bts one by one went to military and my school also started and for the first time i started talking and liking a guy in school as well. I don't remember obsessively reading fiction or thinking of myself in celebrity situations anymore. And slowly i got detached from bts as well. I stopped using twitter, stopped listening to their music, stopped following them and had like no update of them at all till 2025. I was busy with the real world and that was better now that I think.

In 2025, my father passed away. I somehow graduated school and currently waiting for university. But all this while i find myself reading fanfictions and i literally feel an ache. Like it literally hurt like a heartbreak whenever there is any link up with this specific member of bts or this specific one character of a very famous anime. I have read most fanfics about these two people. But I feel sick to the stomach when i feel this way. I find it illogical as heck to feel upset over a celebrity dating or anything and i don't even want to. Im not even a fan anymore. Idk why it just hurts whenever something about him dating comes up and i wanna get rid of that and the habit of me imagining myself around them all the time

SUNSCREEN REC

Hi guys, I live in an extremely hot, polluted and humid country so every sunscreen I use looks so tacky on me. I've tried as much as I could
My first sunscreen was the Australian bondi sands but it was too heavy and oily for me

Then I used the Missha sun milk cuz I wanted a sunscreen that wasn't oily or would show on my skin but that had whitecast and looked patchy tho I used it for a while cuz it didn't make me look sweaty

Then finally the Beauty of Joseon probiotics–the trendy one I started using that. To be honest it's a very good sunscreen and I've used it for like six months too but then again it's a dewy formulation and I have an olive medium skin so in hot weather it makes my skin look darker so I bought the aqua one of the same sunscreen the blue version I thought maybe this would work and feel lighter but it felt tackier than the original. It felt so so tacky that I don't even wanna use sunscreen anymore. It made me look around 4-5 shades darker I don't know why.

And I don't wear makeup, I usually go out bare faced sometimes a little colour correction under eyes and blush maybe that's all so how my skin looks with just skincare is very important to me. I don't know why sunscreen makes me look dull and crusty and makes my skin feel warm and stuff idk how to describe.

I want a completely invisible sunscreen I can't seem to find anything. Please help me guys.

I don't have a very dry skin nor a very oily one. It's normal to combination but as I said where I live is extremely polluted and hot so I tend to sweat a lot and let's also consider the dust and pollution sticking to my face when I go out so extremely dewy formulations kinda makes it worse.
