Puffiness above lip after poorly placed lip filler, hasn’t gone away even after dissolving.

Good lip filler first picture, poorly placed lip filler with the u shape shadow above lip second picture, third and fourth picture show lips after being fully dissolved while the skin above the upper lip remains puffy and creates that shadow still.

I’ve had lip filler three times now. Last year when I first got it and when I went in for a little more shortly after I had a great experience. Everything looked natural and normal and my lips looked beautiful. Two months ago I went to get a touch up from a new injector after moving. She elongated my lips too much, they looked and felt very unnatural, I couldn’t move the corners like I used, but one thing that bugged me most was that I got this puffiness above my upper lip, in certain lighting it kind of looked like a mustache. Overall there were lots of problems so we ended up doing a full dissolve twice. She also injected the upper lip area where the puffiness was in case of migration although she didn’t think there was any. Both times she put HA dissolver in that area it went away completely the first day then within 48 hours it was back. Fast forward 8 days after my last full dissolve I still have that puffiness above my lip. I thought it was maybe bc with the filler it projected forward too much, didnt fit my anatomy etc, but even with small flat lips it’s still there. Has anyone experienced this before? Is it possible swelling that just needs more time to go down? I know it’s minimal but I’ve never had it before the poorly placed filler and I’m concerned as to why it’s still there even after dissolving that area and the lips themselves. Has anyone else experienced this and does it ever go down?

Lip filler gone wrong altering the mechanics of my mouth movement even after dissolving

first picture My lips before filler, second picture after good filler, third picture after getting a touch up that was poorly done, fourth picture is after dissolving everything

i have gotten lip filler three times now. The first two times were great and everything felt and looked perfect. Two months ago I decided to get a touch up from a new injector (I had recently moved) of just 0.5 ml. She completely messed up my lips. everything looked elongated and downturned, I had a u shape shadow almost like a beard above my top lip. I couldn’t lift the corners of my mouth like I used to. It felt like my jaw and cheeks were working overtime to do little movements such as soft smiles etc. After two weeks of no improvement she decided to try to “spot” dissolve areas of filler she thought may have been causing the visual and mechanical issues. Fast forward after three more spot dissolving sessions with no improvement we decided to dissolve everything. it’s been a week now since dissolving everything and mechanically my mouth still feels so weird. my corners of my most can lift but I have to almost think more to do so, it feels like I’m still fighting a constant frown at times. I also still have some puffiness above my upper lip that had created that initial u shape shadow (we actually dissolved that area twice in case the shadow was being caused by migration). Although visually things are most back to normal the corners of my mouth also still look more elongated then they used to. is this normal? has anyone else experienced something like this. I’m praying to god things start looking and feeling normal again soon bc it’s driving me nuts I can’t have a normal conversation with someone without thinking about how weird my expressions feel.
