Do you guys rotate your tires? How often?

I am at 41K, FWD and never rotated them.

I am planning a comprehensive property refresh in Ras Al Khaimah and am looking for a single, licensed, and insured company to act as a project lead.

The scope includes:
* Kitchen construction/remodeling
* Roof sealing (leak prevention)
* AC & Duct cleaning
* Integrated pest control and final deep cleaning

Requirements for potential leads:

1. Project Management: I am not looking to coordinate six separate vendors. I need a single point of accountability who can manage the sequencing (e.g., roof first, then construction, then HVAC/ducts, then pest control, then cleaning).

2. Professionalism: Must be able to provide a formal, itemized Bill of Quantities, a clear timeline, and a milestone-based payment structure.

3. Licensing: Fully compliant with RAK municipality and community developer requirements (Mina Al Arab).
