gaming laptop annual service at ranchi , i am newbie for it

My Acer Predator Triton 300 had a motherboard replacement months ago (service center accidentally shorted original board during screen replacement and installed a Nitro board instead). Later the keyboard started behaving strangely.

Symptoms:

• repeated key presses
• some keys randomly stop working
• wiping/touching keyboard temporarily restores function
• external keyboard works fine

There was also one minor tea spill long ago but cleaned immediately.

Official keyboard replacement quote is ~₹10k, so before replacing I want to know:

Does this sound like:

• ribbon/connector issue,
• corrosion,
• keyboard matrix problem,
• or motherboard/EC issue?

Any good diagnostic repair recommendations in Ranchi?
