Hi, I built this PC yesterday and I’m having a really strange boot issue.

Specs:

ASUS TUF Gaming B650E-PLUS WIFI
AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D
Patriot Viper Venom RGB 32GB DDR5 6000 CL30
ADATA LEGEND 860 NVMe SSD
RTX 5080 GPU

Yesterday after probably 20 restarts I finally managed to get into BIOS and install Windows. Once it booted, everything actually seemed stable.
Today I managed to get into Windows after two restarts when i would simply hang on BOOT LED, then I restarted the PC because I wanted to enable PBO in BIOS. After that I can’t get into BIOS or Windows anymore.
The motherboard just gets stuck on the green BOOT LED. It sits there for minutes with no display at all.
