42/M and dating apps are a no-go for me. I've had plenty of "fun" on those sites but finding someone my type, in a sea of complete strangers, that's actually ready and available doesn't seem likely. I lean towards trying to meet women through mutual friends, or simply seeking out women I've known from the past; childhood friends & associates.

Now, that I've I'm back in school, I realize school presents great opportunities to meet a compatible mind although that's not exactly why I'm there. So now that you know my spiel, tell me, where did you seek/find your partner?
