closed comedones from anua?

did anyone else get closed comedones from the anua heartleaf 77 + hyaluronic toner?

i’ve been on the same routine for years and my dry/sensitive skin was doing fine, but then i decided to add something new. the only new products were the celimax a-shot retinal, the geek & gorgeous mandelic acid — which i believe are non-comedogenic, and finally the anua toner. i introduced them into my usual routine around the same time, and about 6 months later i started noticing a lot of closed comedones around my chin area. my best guess is that the anua toner caused it, since it seems to have pretty mixed reviews.

now i’m back to my usual simple routine but still trying to figure out what exactly triggered the closed comedones.

also, does anyone have recommendations for a non-comedogenic hydrating toner?

might be the last time i buy anything on vestiaire

I recently bought a pricey item on Vestiaire and I also paid all customs fees upfront, since Vestiaire requires that.

Today DHL contacted me saying I have to pay the exact same fees again. Vestiaire support called it a “processing error on a carrier’s side” and told me to pay again and wait for a refund later. But DHL said Vestiaire chose DAP/DTU shipping terms, which means the receiver is responsible for customs fees & fees are NOT pre-paid.

So now I’m confused and angry that on top of the outrageous fees I also have to deal with getting my money back. Why even charge customs upfront if Vestiaire chooses a shipping option where the buyer still has to pay the carrier directly?

item lost, depop refunded buyer

sold an item on depop 2 months ago. depop & evri tracking showed the parcel as delivered to the buyer, but the buyer contacted me saying they never received it and couldn’t track it.

today i got an email from depop support saying the item was returned back to me, and they refunded the buyer from my depop account. they attached “proof of delivery” to me, and even though the location is correct there is no sign of my parcel in the photo and i never received my item back.

now i have neither the item nor the money. support keeps telling me to resolve it with evri & evri support seems to be completely useless. has anyone dealt with something like this before?
