I had two member ids under my UAN (Two jobs both of which I have quit, and service history is updated accurately for both). I was unaware that balance had to be transferred from the older member id to new member id.

When I raised an online PF claim the amount from the latest member id was disbursed successfully. (not the older member id from the previous company i worked for)

Now the balance in the older member id is stuck. I tried to fix it by raising a transfer online (One Member - One EPF Account (Transfer) ), but that was rejected with the reason "PLZ UPADATE EPS DOJ AND DOE".

I tried raising a grievance for the transfer claim, but they closed it with the same reason. But I see in my service history has the DOJ and DOE for EPS accurately updated for both the member ids.

I tried dropping an email, but no response.

Anybody knowledgeable has any ideas what is the best course of action?
