Tips for which direction to go for learning.

I decided to learn norwegian because I plan to move there to live with my girlfriend. Heres the thing, she is from the north (in Øksnes) so her dialect is very different from what I would learn anywhere. What I would want to do is learn her dialect first and then learn bokmål once I manage to actually emigrate to Norway. The questions I have are basically is this a good idea and/or how could I learn her dialect or something similar from a teacher. My girlfriend helps me a lot with words but she's not a teacher so it's still very confusing. Right now I'm using LingQ because it fits very well with my learning style and my girlfriend just tells me her version of sentences I see in there every now and then.

Having trouble creating off angles without being punished.

Hello! I've been quite focused on improving with reaper recently and while my rank is slowly climbing I feel like I'm not learning as much as I could be because I don't really understand what I can change to improve.

The area I'm focusing on in the VODs is creating off angles to either distract the enemy during a fight or take the opportunity to get a pick from it. The issue is, it works in some games, but in other games I feel like a moving alarm siren that alerts everyone to my presence and I get severely punished for it. The other thing I noticed from watching my gameplay is that I have trouble having good positioning to have optimal value when I'm not off angling and it just causes me to be stuck in a spot wondering if I can or can't shoot at people without dying for it, if that makes sense. I guess I feel like I could be shooting at people more.

If I could get an answer as to why some games go so well and other go horribly wrong that would be great. My suspicions for this right now are either the matchmaking or the heroes I'm up against. If it's the latter I would love to have some tips and tricks about how I could play better against my counters. Thank you!
