I weight train 4-5 times a week but my cellulite around my thighs has gotten bad this year. I’m 48z
Does cellulite get reduced with fasting?
I want to start doing 5 day fasts and the issue I run into is missing the taste of things on day #3.
I currently take the fasting salts pills and stay away from electrolytes with stevia in it because I will it will stall my weight loss. Has anyone found a tasty electrolyte to put in water that has some flavour, but no sugar or stevia?
Haven’t attended a wedding in a few years.
What’s the cost of hair and makeup these days?
I’m getting some quotes and they are all over the place
Yes I can do my own makeup but I like to get glammed up once in a while.

Hubby and I are planning a Mediterranean cruise. We are stuck on dates as we have a family wedding to attend after the cruise in London.
The cruises we are looking at are all MSC.
Any tips for MSC
I fasted on MWF (adf) for the first two weeks of April.
My perimenopause symptoms went down and I was feeling great. And then one day I couldn’t fast. Couldn’t get over the hump. Been doing OMAD but today could barely get to 16 hours.
Any words of advice or encouragement.
I’m 47, 5’6 and weigh 142lbs. I’d like to just lose about 10lbs and I strength train 4-5 times a week.
