I quit about 2 weeks ago (smoked 4-5 times a week for the past year) and I want to test myself at home before I have to go in for a test (I haven't received the job offer yet, just trying to be proactive!)
I took a test at home and the results were negative, but I am paranoid that the test I used isn't the same sensitivity as a standard pre-employment urine test would be.
What at-home tests do you use?
Long time lurker here! I have been teaching elementary since I graduated college 4 years ago. Last year was so rough that I decided to get my Masters in Curriculum and Instruction. I'm about 6 months away from graduating and I had a plan to thug it out until I graduated. Long story short, I had my first day yesterday and was on Indeed by 11:30.
I found a position as a youth program specialist at the public library that pays about the same. And even though I am SO disgustingly nervous about it, I applied today!
To everyone who job hunted/got hired during the school year, what was it like for you? I have never been in a position where I'm job hunting on the down low. I cannot imagine my administration's response when I (possibly) quit right after the first day.
Are those stuffed cabbage rolls? And what kind of salad do you think that is?
