I was a DJ back in the 90s, 1200s and vinyl. My son was interested so we bought the Pioneer FLX4 and have Rekordbox running on an iPad. We picked up a lot quick but one thing we haven’t figured out is setting the cue on some songs.

On some songs we can take the jog wheel to the spot we want, hit the cue button and it sets it in that spot. Other songs (especially hip hop songs), we hit the cue button and it goes to a different spot.

What are we doing wrong? Thanks everyone.
