Protein as coffee mixer

I like brewing hot coffee and have been adding purists labs ketofeed for 10 years in my coffee instead of creamer. It seems they are not producing them as they had in the past, and so I’m looking for recommended replacements since there are SO many options out there it’s a bit overwhelming.

I’m hopeful for something that isn’t caffeinated since I am putting the protein in regular coffee and would like to keep doing that. I’d like for the protein amount to be a good amount. Ketofeed was 20g of protein. If it matters idk why but I cannot do cold brew coffee, I see plenty of mixtures out there marketed as cold brew.

Anyway! I know this is a reach but this group has been incredibly helpful in the past so here’s my attempt. 😬

Thanks all!

Food aversion

How do you all deal with the food aversion? I know there are times I’m under eating but I can tolerate protein shakes / protein water and try to make up for some of that.

I am trying to stay away from meal tracking if I can, it’s a bit triggering to me. I had been tracking when I first started in December and I was under the values I should be hitting then but I was eating more than I am now.

The other day lunch I was only able to eat 1.5 chicken tenders, and 4 pieces of steak with some mashed potatoes. I know I’m not consistent with my veggies so I’ve been to get better at that. So often for me though something smells delicious and I’ve never been one to gag but even when it smells so good tastes good I still gag. My salad I’m having now, eaten half and worried to eat more cause I already feel full and gross.

I’ve always put down in my check-ins that I have been having nausea and general not feeling great but I’ve been noting they’re “minimal” impact. I’ve documented it that way since I’m not throwing up and assume someone throwing up a lot would be the worst I could be going through. Maybe I’m reacting worse than I was thinking I should be asking to go down on my dosage?

Exercise consistency

Is it “good enough” to do 30 squats and continue with my day. Then later 30 wall pushups, curls and so on all just with hours between?

I’m really struggling having solid amounts of time for consistent exercise but fitting them in through the day is possible. My son is special needs, I work full time, and just genuine consistent time I cannot get managed well enough. I actually like it this way too when comparing to when I did have time, but will guess the exercises are less effective than all together?

“This isn’t a public restroom for your verbal diarrhea.”

The best comeback I have given off the top of the noggin while being shit talked to a bunch in COD. was very proud and wanted to document it somewhere.

Part of my reason for going on GLP1 is a lack of time and energy to dedicate to working out. My job is terribly stressful, long hours, and being impacted by AI potentially so it feels like fighting to keep my job. I have a son who is special needs, has many therapies
And specialized services we bring him to 6 days a week. Upcoming with work is also now full 5 days in the office every week, so my time will now be spent commuting at least 2 hours a day.

I say all of this feeling guilty because it feels like I’m making excuses for myself, but I really am burnt out and just cannot find the energy or will to exercise.

I was originally apprehensive about GLP1 for hair loss, muscle loss, or impacts with my bone density. So far I’m nearing the lightest weight I have been in maybe 6 years and I am happy for that, but want to see what other people have experienced for side effects because of not exercising or things you did to help with lessening side effects if you cannot maintain exercise long term.
