ETA - We do not have a tongue, lip, or cheek tie. Forgot to say that lol

As the title says I’m looking for recommendations for what bottles to give my breastfed baby when I pump milk for my partner to help with feedings. (Also if we’re only using my breastmilk is that combo feeding? lol)

I’m a FTM and baby is 10 weeks old. We’ve only ever used the Lansinoh Anti-Colic “good for BF babies” bottles. At around 7ish weeks for some reason my baby started clicking on the bottles and clicking Horribly. Like not quite but almost every gulp. She started to do it on my breasts too but a LC helped me determine it’s only occurring when I’m having a let down as I have a fast flow… She recommended we try increasing the bottle nipples from the slow flow to medium flow but we tried that and baby does the same thing! The LC watched her on both my breast and the bottle and was confused as my baby has a great latch. She apologized profusely bc she couldn’t help us.. My older sister (has 4 kiddos) agreed about the increase in bottle nipple after trying to feed her with the slow flow. She said she’s trying to suck too hard to get the milk out and to just increase the nipple and go slower (said somewhat dismissively) but we’re already pace-feeding, idk how much slower we can go.

So now I’m wondering if we should switch bottle brands? Bottle feedings are becoming so stressful, my partner gets frustrated bc he comes home exhausted from doing manual labor and genuinely wants to help and bond with his daughter, our baby gets upset that she’s not getting milk properly and will arch/wiggle and cry, and I end up in tears too bc my poor girl isn’t doing anything wrong or on purpose, she’s just trying to eat! 😭 Please help 🙏 She’ll also be starting daycare 2 days a week next month so we’ve got to get this fixed for them as well as for us.

QUESTION. I’m a FTM, my baby is 10 weeks old, and I’m trying to figure out a good bedtime routine for us bc up to this point we’ve had good luck winging it.

Do you guys really change the baby into separate pajamas every night like all the example bedtime routines online say? My LO lives in snuggly footie outfits so we usually just put them to bed in what they’re wearing if it isn’t bath night. Baby doesn’t spit up much anymore and doesn’t have blowouts often so we usually change outfits every couple of days. I know I’m overthinking this but that seems like a lot of unnecessary laundry when I’m still trying to find time to eat or shower in between feeds lmao

What do your bedtime routines look like?
