When to Send PE Application

I passed my PE exam (civil) and am about to hit 4 years work experience. Technically, I hit 4 years experience June 30th, but should I submit the actual application before that, maybe in early or mid June? My start month 4 years ago was "June," so there is technically no way for them to know the date because I just specify the month I suppose? I want to get the license as soon as I can so I can get the bonus + raise my company offers sooner.

Edit: I am in Virginia by the way. Thanks!

Any Place in Nova for Old School Arcades?

Does anyone know a place that has old school arcade games? I've been to a few places (outside VA) where you pay an upfront cost, maybe 10 bucks or something, and you get to play unlimited arcade games. A lot of these places also have a bar I've noticed.

I've seen them other places but haven't found one in northern virginia / DC. Thanks!

I am interviewing with companies and see Little Diversified Architectural Consulting have a land development division. The company seems to be run by landscape architects for the most part but need land development civil engineers to assist with stormwater, grading, etc. Has anyone here heard of them or know what it's like to work there?
