I am working with micro1 as a data scientist right now. I saw some job posting for more data scientists and applied for that - my thought was that it was data scientist for a different project. It looks like it has the exact same skills and qualifications as the job I have, but now it says I have to go through another AI interview for this. Is this normal. Please see attached image for what I am seeing on the micro1 dashboard.

I have a 2-year old Amazfit GTR3 Pro, and I was very happy with it until recently. For the last 2 weeks, the watch never stays connected to the Zepp app. Every few hours, it gets disconnected from the app even though it is still connected to my phone by bluetooth. Sometimes rebooting the phone works to reconnect it. Sometimes, I have to forget the device from my phone then re-pair it and then Zepp will find it. Sometimes nothing works and I just keep fiddling with things and suddenly something will happen and it will connect for the next few hours.

I love the long battery life and simple UI of this watch, but I need tech to simply work. I don't need another thing to babysit. If it won't work correctly without constant fiddling with, I have better things to do than this.
