He's been really fussy all day and i know he wants to come out but he's already bit me twice and he keeps trying to eat my nails, what do i do to stop this?

Edit I'm not teasing him all the time, I've said multiple times that i did this once for the video to show how he was reacting to the nails, i know they're the problem but i can't take him out of anything and know he wants to come out, i was just asking for help so i could help him I also know that the nails are the issue but they are gel extentions so i can't take them off myself.

So I've had my conch for a little over 3 weeks now, i clean it twice a day, sleep with a travel pillow, try my best to leave it alone (i have an awful picking habit, got my nails dkne to make it harder lol) and i still have this big irritation bump, its like i can't do anything right! It has a straight bar in it, i was to assume its surgical steel and i haven't downsized yet and probably won't be for a while if this damn bump doesn't go down 💔
