I am anxious to know my final grade here at my first semester

I am not sure if it matters, but I live in a condo, not an apartment. I want to pressure wash my vehicle, but it is loud as heck. Should I inform my neighbors that I will be doing this on this date and time to give them a heads-up? It is my first time living on my own, so I am not really sure what to do.

I don't know what I am doing wrong. When I ran MACROS for the other problems, I didn't encounter any errors.
