and i bought insurance on this package can u still return it?

is this a mistranslation?
because it had watches as a green item “can send”

im trying to ship a rolex to canada, and these are the lines .
most of them say cannot ship branded watch/ batteries.
but the ones that allow watches /batteries all say no return service please sign for in time, and or dont send valuables
Can you get insurance on any of these ?

Every shipping line i see has this at the desc. No returns please sign for package in time.
does this mean kakobuy doesnt do insurance or what? and what will you have to sign for

I bought a rolex, its in my warehouse , and im getting all these warning messages about shipping and batteries (makes sense)
But the part where you have to split it into 2 packages confused me
Can i rehearsal all my items at once( the watch , and rest are safe items like clothes) and then split the package into 2 after that to keep my items safe
Or will it be forced to become one parcel after rehearsal. or will i have to do rehearsal twice? Id really appreciate any help if anyone had this happen to them

Do you guys ship with agents or direct? On kakobuy theres restrictions for watches, and shipping to canada. Has anyone else shipped one to canada w a agent. What kinda packaging did you do / what line

Im trying to get a watch, and didnt know itd be this different. Every line i might use says “batteries, watches, etc” in green like the photo, but none of them have returns as said in the description of it. This canada HD line does returns, but it’s contradictory it says batteries and watches allowed, but then says do not connect …. batteries (last photo )
has anyone done this and do they know if itll work, or what line did you use

this basically says
your item has been signed for, returned to ______ warehouse. (idk the name) this is the second time the item (just a pair of yeezys) got sent to a warehouse, signed for, and returned. i purchased on the 8th of july, snd its still not in the warehouse. support team just says were contacting the seller, pls wait but no info has been given to me in the last couple days at all.
does anyone know whats going on, should i just try to return goods?
