No symptoms after Mavenclad, now HARD pseudo-relapse?

Hey guys!

Short story, f35. Diagnosed RRMS 2021. Three rounds with Mavenclad. After 2022 no activity, no new symptoms. Had an UVI and some general stress in life and left arm suddenly paralyzed. Took new MRI with contrast. No new lesions. Neurologist says it’s likely a pseudo-relapse.

This was 2 months ago. And I am extremely fatigued! Former small symptoms in left arm is now much more prominent. I now experience dizziness from time to time, neurologist says this is normal and I need to relax.

That is okay, but I have lived almost normal with MS until now. And this has been going on for weeks. I see small improvements, then suddenly I am back to feeling extremely fatigued. Anyone with experience? What can I do to get back to myself before the pseudo-relapse?

Thank you❤️

XJ600 1984 update

So I changed the gas, cleaned the inner filter. The bike runs great at idle for a couple of minutes after I started with startgas, But after that it bogs down as seen in the video. This has to be the carburator right? Is this a clear indication that it needs cleaning? I rode the bike a couple of weeks ago after it say for a good while, so it is only now I have this problem. Thanks for input!

Xj600 stops when releasing clutch.

Hello! I have a 1986 Yamaha XJ600. It is built as a cafe racer and taken well care of. I rode it 500m the other day without any problems. It has sat for a year or so. Today when I tried riding it it felt weird when releasing clutch in 1st gear. As you can see in the video, the bike almost does not run when i release it in gear, and stops after a couple of meters. Any ideas? It doesnt have a kickstand sensor.
