Minimizing unprovoked aggression

42 yr old female in Florida. I have 2 fixed cats. 3y/f & 10m/m. I'm fully aware he still has that kitten energy. I'm wondering how other's deal with their cats when they show unprovoked aggression. My female does everything to show him she's not a threat. Slow blinks and even moves back a little when she feels his uneasiness. He'll randomly poof up and just lunge at her completely unprovoked.

Any tips & advice is greatly appreciated

I'm about 2months into the introduction process with our 8month old neutered male & 3y female. She was spayed 3 weeks ago and immediately went into a full fledge false pregnancy. Milk and all & has become extremely possessive over me. The vet put her on Gabapentin to calm her so she stops screaming in my face 24/7 looking for kittens she never had. I'm looking for advice on if I should pause the introduction process since she's become aggressive towards him if I'm even remotely close to him.

Any input on this would be greatly appreciated.
