Where can I get cattails

Looking where I can purchase or harvest some cattails. My friend loves them and I'd like to include some with her birthday gift. I've called a few places and have had no luck. It's illegal to harvest from parks. So.....I'm hoping someone here can help. Thank you!!

New RXOM Lacks Leadership

We have a newer RXOM. Amazing Tech. Apparently has been doing it for years and years. But she has no leadership abilities. There is no interest in teaching or empowering her crew. She literally just puts her head down....instead of a chance to review something she just does it herself. I understand....maybe due to time constraints that is best but on an extremely slow day she has to do it herself. She likes the kudos from the pharmacy manager when she can say she did this and this. In the short time she has been there we have had multiple techs leave. I'm on my way out also. New techs are running around doing things, (that could result in serious safety issues, because she doesn't even keep her ears open to be aware of what is happening in her pharmacy. She puts no efort to be proactive with anything. I know other techs have gone to her with some pretty serious items related to the pharmacist and she turns it on them and goes over the top during the day kissing the Pharmacist's butt. I see the sadness in the other techs eyes because talk about a flashing sign of "I will not support you". I'm a somewhat newer tech and have found the only way I'm going to learn is through this site and surviving by literally saying nothing while at work. And I get it. We all have to look out for ourselves and 1000% she is only looking out for her. Doesn't gain a lot of respect or commitment from your crew.

New Paper Scripts

So, as mentioned previously I have been a tech for just over 5 months. I was trained that when someone brings a paper script through the drive thru you enter them right away to ensure there are no processing issues. The other day someone drove up with 2 RXs and want to know the price to determine if they would fill one or both. Entered them and provided the cost. Then I got reprimanded...... apparently that was wrong. New to me. There wasn't even anyone else in line that was being held up. So today I'm running the front. Another tech filling. A person comes to the counter with paper scripts and wanting to know the price to see what they want to proceed with. Wanting to wait for the items they chose. Thinking to the other day, I ask my more senior tech (with only 2 items in the queue) if she would be willing to type them and provide a price and I would keep the front and drive going. WRONG AGAIN!! How do you guys handle this type of situation? I'm at a loss and feel like I can do ABSOLUTELY nothing right

PA Process

If I try to fill a script and a PA is required I know I select "8" and then put 4444 but.....then what. Do I cash out the script or store it or leave it in TPR status until the PA is processed.

Remove 90 Day MSC Exception

What steps do I do to remove the 90 Day MSC Exception. Apparently I did it wrong and got in trouble but no one told me what I did wrong. In searching around it appears one button removes the exception but another closes the RX. Will someone please help me.

Bin Rec

Will someone go over what to do with the bin rec reports. I got shown by someone that didn't really know either (they admitted it....I'm not just throwing it out there) and now my RXOM thinks I should be responsible to do it going forward. I think I'm all set on how to navigate on the handheld. Just at a loss once I have the paperwork in front of me. Any info on the process, tips and tricks is appreciated!! Thank you!!

Boise Zoo - Butterfly Exhibit

Hi!! The Butterfly Exhibit just opened at the zoo for this year. When is the best time to go for maximum butterfly viewing. Not sure if it's best to wait a few weeks, if some are still in cocoons or ??

Sorry if it's a dumb question or worded poorly. Just want to see as many butterflies as possible.

Oh and I know I can call the zoo ....I've tried to call but haven't been able to reach anyone.

Thank you!!

Free Items in Storage Unit

I have 3 items remaining in my storage unit. A couch, a queen bed frame and a foldable bike. Unfortunately they were too big for me to take with me and I can't make it back to pick up. Anyone interested? New place you don't have extra funds to furnish? A resaler? The couch is vintage/unique and I'm really sad to not have it. You must take all items and hopefully someone can pick up by the end of the month. I tried to work with different organizations and churches to donate, while they were interested based on the items....there was no follow through.

Pictures attached. All other items have been removed from the unit. You can see the colors of the couch better in the first pic...with the headboard.

Let me know!!
