How Much Should CEO's Make Compared to Their Employees?
>You do not earn a billion dollars. You steal it.
This is often implying that billionaires don't pay their employees enough. An employee can work for an hour and in that same hour, a CEO can make 1200x as much money.
Questions
- How should pay be determined between CEOs and employees if the capitalist system isn't fair?
- Should the CEO make the exact same amount of money as a low-level employee?
- In that same hour, is the CEO providing more 'value' to the business than the low-level employee?
