2 billion people will die in the next century because of capitalism.

Yep, 20,000,000 deaths a year. Source: I made that up. Because no one has ever died from hunger under communism.

Just a quick reminder for the rest of Reddit after primaries:

No, the country is not collapsing because the guy you like didn't win.

No, democracy is not over because more people voted for someone you didn't.

Yes, we will still have elections in 2026, 2028 and beyond.

It's okay to be upset. It's okay to be sad. It's okay to show concern. However, your anger, sadness or concern doesn't mean that the world is ending.

Sometimes things don't go your way. That's just life. That may be disappointing to you, but you're better off acknowledging the loss and looking into what you can do in the present and in the future instead of harping on the past.

When did The Amazing World of Gumball (TAWOG for short) become so doomer?

Like, it was bad when they were making tunes about how the economy is tanking and we'll all be broke, and made a comment about how today is the same as the 1950s

(to quote: "I guess times were easier back then. If you were a man and not a minority and were ok with the constant threat of nuclear annihilation. Hah! How times have changed, right. *Family sucks in their teeth* yeah...")

And it was especially bad when they made a whole song about how the future is basically doomed and the world is run by bad guys. All of a sudden the new season comes out and one of the first episodes is "eat the rich" propaganda where they express there's just "no way to eat healthy because rich people!" Or whatever.

When did this happen? Cause it for sure wasn't like this in season 1 & 2. It's like Brian Griffin is writing the series.
