Hello all,

I have had this dent for a while now, and I most recently tried to push the dent back out after putting boiling water on the bumper, unfortunately it did not work. And I accidentally pushed the bumper off the car more than it was. And now it’s not going back in, and it’s driving me crazy.

Do you think this can be fixed DYI (I suck with cars unfortunately), but if something is straightforward I can give it a shot.

I cannot afford to go to a bodyshop right now.

Any ideas to fix this would be appreciated, otherwise, I will leave it be (perhaps put a tape on it).
