Failed my first attempt last week, passed by the skin of my teeth today.

Be honest… is C214 that much worse??

I own a townhome in a new build community so we all pretty much bought and moved in around the same time. Zero problems with anyone until last June when new renters moved in a different building. Their garage faces my sliding door because I’m in an end unit.

IMMEDIATELY these white trash fucks bring in at least ten dirt bikes, motorcycles, dune buggies, anything with a loud ass motor on it, and spend quite literally all day every day fucking around in their garage revving the engines. I’ve been woken up out of a dead sleep at least once a week for over a year by revving or an engine backfiring. They also have multiple beater cars that they work on or park in front of my front door with bass blaring(no problem with that in theory until I can’t even sit on my front porch without facing them while they stare at me)

The biggest problem is these are all teenagers. I do believe an adult lives there because I see a 40ish year old woman coming and going once in a blue moon. My husband went to talk to them once and they cussed him out and retaliated by blaring the music louder, which resulted in us calling the cops at 2 am.

I’ve emailed the HOA repeatedly and their only advice is for me to talk to them. Sure, because that went over well!! My husband was a shithead teenager and admitted that he and his friends would just create more noise when they got the cops called on them. I also fear retaliation because these are trashy teenagers who don’t give a fuck about anyone else around them.

I’ve called the cops at this point on them three times and my camera picked up the cops talking to them about their dirt bikes instead of doing a fucking thing.

I found the name of their property manager and emailed them and they said the only thing to do is for me to talk to them and then they blocked my email.

I am at my fucking wits end. I can’t use my side patio or front porch in peace without 12 teenagers being ten feet away from me and no corner of my house is safe from the noise they produce. Their lease just renewed for another year and I could literally shoot myself thinking about dealing with this for another year.

Just had to vent as I just got home from work and can either watch tv downstairs (can’t hear bedside of the bass) or work in my office at the back of the house (can still hear the bass and can hear the engines like they’re in my house).

I kept seeing people talk about the scent they pump in during an ocean scene (? I think? I haven’t seen it) and apparently it smells identical to Sailing Day by Maison Margiela! I did not know scents in a movie theater were a thing but I thought that was cool

I’ll spare the details of how my townhome neighborhood is being terrorized by redneck renters, but the HOA and their property management company has done fuck all to do anything to remedy the situation and their lease renewed last month for at least another year, so I’m looking at 11 more months MINIMUM of this shit (I own my place and I absolutely cannot afford to move, nor should I have to)

The house is owned by an LLC and managed by a local property management company. After an exceptionally frustrating day of their bullshit, I found out who owns that LLC and I want to contact them to tell them what fucking terrorists they’re renting to. Is this weird?? I’m not going to threaten them or anything, I’m just frustrated that some rich asshole can buy up houses throughout a town they don’t even live in, pass them off to a property management company who definitely doesn’t give a fuck, and then that’s it.

Someone talk sense into me 😂
