So I have a new roomie joining me next month. He’s in the military reserves and said that he could be gone for months or a weekend. I’ve always split electric bill in half with my other roomie. In this case would it be unfair for him to go 50/50 if he’s gone for the weekend? How should I ask him without sounding rude?
Also with paper towels and toilet paper do you usually go half or something?
So this isn’t really a bad roommate situation I just need advice. I’m (F 26) renting out the second bedroom of my apartment and have an attractive male roomie moving in next month. I currently have the master bedroom a bit further away from the bathroom and the second bedroom is right next to the bathroom. I’m self-conscious about bathroom noise and smells (I think I have IBS). Should I move into the bedroom thats closer to the bathroom?
The car has 169k miles on it and about two years ago I was driving on the highway with the a/c on. All of a sudden there was a forceful blast of a/c with a chemical smell then the fan, a/c, and heat was shut off and the dashboard screen for just the temperature area was turned off. When I push on any of the buttons in that area nothing happens.
Is this an expensive fix? Can I fix it myself? If it’s an expensive difficult fix are there any good alternatives for a/c in my car for the upcoming summer? Thanks for your input!
