hey i took my driving test behind the wheel twice now the first one i didn’t check my blind spot which is understandable the second one i failed because i didn’t pull over for a ambulance which was behind me the turned their lights on then sped past me andi was in the left lane so i wouldn’t have enough time which is why i just stopped but by time i was fully stopped it was long far gone is their anyway i can report this and get my drivers license if not is there anyways to avoid the behind the wheel test entirely under special circumstances

anyone know how to get your highschool transcript fast i already ordered them but its been a while
