How should I structure lifting and 5K running to maintain visible abs at 45?

I’m 45 and my goal is to maintain a lean physique with visible abs while keeping my regular running routine.
My diet is already consistent: mostly protein, green vegetables, salads, and whole-food meals. I lift Monday through Thursday and run a 5K Monday through Saturday.
My specific training question is: Would you keep this six-day 5K routine, or reduce/restructure the running so I can recover better and prioritize muscle retention and abdominal development?
If you would change it, how would you program:
• Four lifting days
• Direct ab training
• Easy runs versus speed/tempo work
• At least one recovery day
I’m open to honest criticism and practical suggestions.

Week 20 of 58 Spark aligners

I am finally starting to see a difference. I know once I am done I will have to have my teeth shaved and the chip fixed but just glad to see any difference. I always wanted a better smile but never thought I could afford it. I still have a very long ways to go. Any advice or recommendations?
