I recently visited a neurologist and I was complaining of real, debilitating symptoms that have affected every aspect of my life. I was legit about to lose my job because of these symptoms. Then this doctor comes and says perhaps you just need to marry, like bro what?? What does that have to do with anything?

In contrast, female doctors are less dismissive and more sympathetic. They listen to you and go above and beyond to treat your symptoms and give you the right diagnosis.
