How to increase the combined GPU+CPU power consumption to only 170W on a 240W charger?

Hello, I have a question. I have an Aorus 16x laptop, RTX 4070 GPU and i7 13650hx CPU. I'm testing the combined total power consumption of the CPU and GPU, which doesn't exceed 170W at most. The laptop charger is 240W. For example, some games consume 140W from the GPU, forcing the CPU to use 30W. There are also games like Cyberpunk that use the GPU and CPU more intensively, splitting the load 115W on the GPU and 55W on the CPU. I'd like to increase this combined consumption to 190W or 200W for GPU and CPU, leaving the remaining 40W for the motherboard, screen, and other components. If anyone has any advice, please help.

What are the best drivers for an RTX 4000 laptop?

The latest driver, 596.36, caused the desktop to freeze even after restarting; it froze again. I had to install the version most recommended by the community, 566.36, and it's working fine, although this driver is very old (December 2024).
